In 2015 Frontier Realty and Heckman Excavating substantially competed a residential subdivision development project known as Fairfield Estates No.3 in the City of Avon. I am writing this Letter of Recommendation to express my appreciation for the cooperation and excellent working relationship that the City of Avon enjoyed in its dealings with Mark Holz and Tom Heckman in completion of this project.

During the course of the project it was apparent to the various Avon staff members and myself that Frontier Realty and Heckman Excavation were considerate to City requirements, that they exhibited an attention to details, maintained a clean site and followed through to address any concerns brought forth by adjacent residents in a timely manner. This would include faithful practices of good “house-keeping” requirements such as daily cleaning of waste and garbage materials, keeping roadway free of mud, adhering to City noise ordinances and acceptable erosion control practices. In addition, cooperation and respect was provided to the City in construction activities and methods that were performed. This would include coordination of City inspections, communication of design elements and responsive to City concerns.
Having worked closely with both Mark Holz and Tom Heckman, I am providing this Letter of Recommendation with confidence that the same intentions would be provided toward future projects that they should happen to undertake.

Our business, Heckman Excavating, Inc., has taken off these past 4 years with Frontier Land Group being our largest client. We credit Mark Holz as a huge reason for that. He treats us as family and there has never been a problem we couldn’t resolve as a team with him. We truly admire the honesty, hard work, knowledge and professionalism he delivers to each project.
